SESSIONS & CLASSES

  • Get a full-body workout that fits into your busy schedule! Perfect for those recovering from injury or just starting, our sessions are custom-designed to meet your goals and fitness level. Choose from a variety of exercises and enjoy the fun and engaging atmosphere of our studio!

  • 30 min session is a great way to start if you're new to exercise or recovering from an injury. It's a low-impact workout that can help you build strength and flexibility and is also an excellent option for pregnant women.

  • Our duo workouts are perfect for clients with similar fitness levels who want to share the experience of a Pilates session. You will follow a similar routine, but the exercises may be modified to fit your specific needs. If one partner is unable to attend, the other can still enjoy a one-on-one session.

  • Semi-private classes are group sessions where you'll use a mix of equipment and mat exercises to improve your core strength and precision. These classes help to improve your balance and coordination, among other benefits, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.

  • Tower classes combine mat exercises with the use of springs resistance on the wall unit apparatus. These classes are designed for the level of the group and focus on strengthening the core, glutes, and upper back muscles while simultaneously stretching your muscles with precision and control. The use of apparatus knowledge is required for safety reasons and class numbers are limited.

  • Our mat classes are great for all fitness levels. The exercises are modified to suit the different body types and needs. The classes are fun and an affordable way to keep up with your Pilates routine.

    *To cancel a booking give us 24hr notice so we can offer the spot to another client otherwise the lesson will be charged.

I have been going to Ray now several years and I no longer need physio for all the bits of me I thought I had trashed through my youth as a competitive skier.
